factory for a period of lifetime after the date of purchase by the original purchaser. The manufacturer warrants the light kit (excluding any

glass), to be free from defects in workmanship and material present at time of shipment from the factory for a period of five years after

the date of purchase by the original purchaser. The manufacturer also warrants that all other fan parts, excluding any glass or acrylic

blades, to be free from defects in workmanship and material at the time of shipment from the factory for a period of three years after the

date of purchase by the original purchaser. We agree to correct such defects without charge or at our option replace with a comparable or

superior model if the product is returned. To obtain warranty service, you must present a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase. All

costs of removing and reinstalling the product are your responsibility. Damage to any part such as by accident, misuse, improper

installation or by affixing any accessories, is not covered by this warranty. Because of varying climatic conditions this warranty does not

cover any changes in brass finish, including rusting, pitting, corroding, tarnishing or peeling. Brass finishes of this type give the longest

useful life when protected from varying weather conditions. A certain amount of “wobble” is normal and should not be considered a

defect. Servicing performed by unauthorized persons shall render the warranty invalid. There is no other express warranty. We hereby

disclaim any and all warranties, including but not limited to those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent

permitted by law. The duration of any implied warranty which cannot be disclaimed is limited to the time period as specified in the

you. The retailer shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with product use or

performance except as may otherwise be accorded by law. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential

damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives specific legal rights, and you may also have other

rights which vary from state to state. This warranty supersedes all prior warranties. Shipping costs for any return of product as part of a

claim on the warranty must be paid by the customer.

      2. Depending on interference, the range may be reduced to 30 ft. or 20 ft.
    2. Check Remote
      1. Verify that the indicator lights on the top corner of the remote flash when buttons are pressed
      2. If they do not flash, the remote may need new batteries.
        1. If new batteries do not resolve the issue, the remote may be defective.
    3. Check Installation
      1. Verify that the fan was installed as shown in the owner’s manual or installation video.
      2. Verify that the fan is installed in an indoor space - it cannot be installed outdoors or in high moisture environments.
    4. Check Power
      1. Ensure power is on at the wall switch and breaker.
      2. Ensure fan is installed on a US standard 120v/60hz AC power supply.
    5. Check Control Devices
      1. Verify a dimmer switch is not being used to control the fan speeds.
      2. This fan can only be installed on a standard on/off wall switch and can only be controlled by its included hand held remote control.
    6. Re-Pair the Remote
      1. Re-pairing the remote will reset the receiver/motor controller module and resolve most issues.
      2. Follow steps below.
        1. 1. Turn of power to the fan from the wall switch or breaker for a few moments.
        2. 2. Restore power to the fan from the wall switch or breaker.
        3. 3. Press and hold the "learn" button in the battery compartment of the remote.
          1. Do this within 30 seconds of restoring power to the fan.
          2. Use a pen or pointed tool if you are having a hard time firmly pressing the button down.
        4. 4. Release the button when the fan begins to spin and the light flashes.

      2. Verify that the ceiling connections are properly connected and done as shown in the owner’s manual.
      3. Verify the connections have not been pulled out of their wire nuts.
    8. Check Gaps
      1. Check for loose packing materials or other objects between the blades, light kit, and motor housing.
      2. Gently spin the blades by hand to get a close look and see if they are grinding on any parts of the fan body, causing resistance.
    9. Customer Service
      1. If checklist items have not resolved the issue, submit a ticket for further assistance and replacement parts from customer service.
      2. In many cases a defective motor controller (receiver) can cause this type of issue.
  2. Fan has Low Airflow

    1. Blade Direction
      1. Ensure the fan is set to the correct direction using the winter and summer mode buttons on the remote.
      2. Counter-clockwise for forward/downward airflow (summer mode).
      3. Clockwise for reverse/upward airflow (winter mode).
    2. Blade Height
      1. Ensure the fan blades are between 7ft – 9 ft from the floor for optimal airflow.
      2. If the fan is installed too high, airflow will be reduced, and you will need a longer downrod (purchased separately) to lower the fan.
    3. Fan Speed
      1. Ensure the fan is set to the highest fan speed for maximum airflow using the fan speed buttons on the remote.
      2. If the fan appears to be running slower than usual, follow the “Fan is Running Slow” checklist above.
    4. Considerations
      1. Blade Size
        1. Larger blade ceiling fans will push more air, but they will distribute it over a wider area.
        2. Smaller blade fans concentrate air into a smaller space, creating a stronger wind.
  3. Fan is Wobbling

    1. Check Screws/Loose Parts
      1. Verify that all screws are tightened properly; loose screws on the coupling cover, downrod, or hanger bracket can cause wobble.
    2. Check for Extended Downrod
      1. Using very long downrods (3 ft. or more) can introduce minor wobble at higher fan speeds.
      2. A balancing kit can be sent to help reduce the wobble a bit, but may not clear it all.
      3. Minor wobble on long downrods is normal and not a warranty issue.
    3. Check Mounting Structure
      1. The fan must be installed on a non-sloped ceiling or a ceiling with a slope up to 18 degrees.
      2. The fan must be installed on a UL listed ceiling outlet box that is rated "For Fan Support".
      3. Installing on a light fixture-only box or other type of mounting structure can cause stability and safety issues.
    4. Check Blades
      1. Verify that the blades are level with each other and are not warped.
        1. This can be checked by removing the blades and stacking them on top of each other.
      2. Run the fan without the blades to see if wobble persists with the blade arms.
      3. If wobble stops:
        1. Minor Wobble: May be improved with a balancing kit.
        2. Sever Wobble: May require replacement blades.
    5. Check Blade Arms
      1. If wobble continues, remove the blade arms and run the fan again without them.
      2. If wobble stops:
        1. Minor Wobble: May be improved with a balancing kit.
        2. Sever Wobble: May require replacement blade arms.
    6. Customer Service
      1. If checklist items have not resolved the issue, submit a ticket for further assistance and replacement parts from customer service.
      2. Attaching a video of the noise to your ticket will help customer service assist you further.
      3. In many cases a defective motor controller (receiver) can cause this type of issue.
