The manufacturer warrants the light kit (excluding any glass), to be free from defects in workmanship and material present at time of shipment from the factory for a period of five years after the date of purchase by the original purchaser. The manufacturer also warrants that all other fan parts, excluding any glass or acrylic blades, to be free from defects in workmanship and material at the time of shipment from the factory for a period of two years after the date of purchase by the original purchaser. Damage to any part such as by accident, misuse, improper installation or by affixing any accessories, is not covered by this warranty. Because of varying climatic conditions this warranty does not cover any changes in brass finish, including rusting, pitting, corroding, tarnishing or peeling. Brass finishes of this type give the longest useful life when protected from varying weather conditions. A certain amount of “wobble” is normal and should not be considered a defect. Servicing performed by unauthorized persons shall render the warranty invalid. There is no other express warranty. We hereby disclaim any and all warranties, including but not limited to those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law. The duration of any implied warranty which cannot be disclaimed is limited to the time period as specified in the express warranty. The retailer shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with product use or performance except as may otherwise be accorded by law. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. 3. Follow steps below or watch the installation video.
        1. 1. Turn of power to all fans from their respective wall switches or breaker for a few moments.
          1. If the fans are all on the same switch/circuit, you will need to unwire the fans from their junction boxes.
        2. 2. Set the Dipswitch in the battery compartment of all remotes to the "1" position
          1. 1 = Paired Operation Mode
          2. 0 = Universal Operation Mode (and Remote Memory Clearing)
        3. 3. Restore power to the first fan only from the wall switch or breaker.
          1. All other fans should be disconnected from power.
        4. 4. Press and hold the "learn" button in the battery compartment of the remote.
          1. Do this within 30 seconds of restoring power to the fan.

        5. 5. Release the "learn" button when the fan begins to spin and the light flashes.
        6. 6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the remaining fans.
          1. Only the fan being paired should be connected to power.
          2. All other fans, paired or unpaired, should be disconnected to prevent accidental cross-pairing.
        7. 7. Once all fans have been paired, power can be restored to all fans.
    2. Customer Service
      1. If checklist items have not resolved the issue, submit a ticket for further assistance and replacement parts from customer service.
